Springboard Administration

Roles

A role defines what access a user will have on the Springboard application.

Note: A role must be created prior to creating a user. Once a role is created, a user can then be created and attached to that role.

 

To access the security roles, select the Roles link from the Administration menu.

 

 

The following options are available in the Options menu to manage existing roles:

  • View Users of this Role
  • Migrate Users from a Role
  • Edit Role Access
  • Delete Role

Administrators are also able to create a new role.
