Springboard Administration

Users

The Users screen gives Springboard administrators access to the following functions:

  • Create new users
  • View current Springboard users and related information
  • Reset passwords
  • Edit users
  • Enable or disable users

 

To access the Users screen, select Springboard from the top Administration menu. Then hover over the Administration drop-down menu and select the Users option. From here you can view and administer Springboard user configurations.

 

 

Note: Use the last row to search by the user’s name, login (User ID), or role. Enter the criteria in a box and click on the magnifying glass icon, or Enter on the keyboard, to search for users who fit the criteria. 


To view disabled users, click on the Options link above the user list and select View Disabled Users.
