All Stock List

The All Stock List is the landing page for the Inventory Management Tool.

To access the page, hover over Inventory Management and select All Stock List.
 




Field Descriptions:

Stock Number: Stock numbers are identified as an Item Number in the Plastic and Paper Inventory Status Dynamic Report.

Note: Replenishment of existing stock retains the current stock number. New inventory will have a new stock number in the Stock Number field.

 

Current On Hand: The current count for this stock item.

Monthly Average: Volume average of stock item usage for the current and last six months.

Last Month Usage: Total volume of stock item usage over the past month. New inventory items will populate once that time frame has occurred.

Current Month Usage: The current month-to-date usage of this stock item.
