Inventory Status

Hover over "Inventory Management" and select "Inventory Status" to navigate to this page.

Select from the options in Inventory Status to view current inventory within that program. Stock Information will update to display the selected criteria.

Field Descriptions:

Stock Type/SPA: Search using a stock type classification and System/Prin that the stock item is associated with. Non plastic stock items use the billing System/Prin.

Stock types available:

• Plastics
• Inserts
• Card Activation Label
• Envelopes Indicia
• PEP Carrier

Sys/Prin: A listing of available system and principal programs set up with inventory. Inventory collateral other than plastics, such as inserts, will use the billing Sys/Prin unless designated by the FI.

Stock Number: Search using a known stock number. Stock numbers identified as an “Item Number” in the “Plastic and Paper Inventory Status” Dynamic Report.
