Plastic Package Detail

To access the Plastic Package Detail screen, hover over Inventory Management and select Plastic Package Detail. Alternatively, select View Associated Plastic Package Detail from the Inventory Management page to retain search criteria. Plastic Package Detail displays system setup information for each plastic package down to the Agent level. Select a header to expand/collapse that section.

To view details for a specific plastic:

  1. Select the Sys/Prin/Agent from the dropdown list.
  2. Select Plastic Type from the dropdown list.
  3. If it is an EMV chip card, select a card manufacturer. The card manufacturer is indicated on the proof for the plastic.
Note: The Card Manufacturer and Chip Detail fields are available only for EMV programs. The Card Manufacturer used can be found on the proof for the specified plastic stock.
