Plastic Package Detail

Hover over "Inventory Management" and select "Plastic Package Detail." Alternatively, select the “View Associated Plastic Package Detail” link from the Inventory Management page to retain search criteria. Plastic Package Detail displays system setup information for each plastic package down to the Agent level.

To view details for a specific plastic:

  1. Select the Sys/Prin/Agent.
  2. Select Plastic type.
  3. If it is an EMV chip card, select a card manufacturer. The card manufacturer is indicated on the proof for the plastic.
Note: The ‘Card Manufacturer’ and ‘Chip Detail’ fields are only available for EMV programs. The Card Manufacturer used can be found on the proof for the specified plastic stock.
