New Inventory Enrollment

As new inventory items are developed, elements of that new inventory will populate within the Inventory Management tool.

Enrollment Timeline

  1. Settings for plastic inventory will appear in Plastic Package Detail one day after enrollment with First Data. Settings can be reviewed for accuracy.
  2. A inventory item will appear on the Inventory Status screen once the item is set up. Information will populate on the Inventory Status screen for that item once the inventory is checked in.
  3. Image for inventory on the Inventory Status screen will appear after a signed proof is processed.
  4. Actual usage populates at the end of each month. Months prior to use of new inventory result in a zero value. After seven months following a mass reissue of plastic inventory, the monthly average will be representative of average monthly usage.
  5. Reissue forecasting fully calculates after seven months of inventory usage.
