Field Descriptions:

Values as of: The date and time as of the last inventory system update.

Item Number: A serial number associated with this stock item.

FD Client Number: The client number for Fiserv.

Letter Group: The way stock is defined.

Stock Location: The physical location of this stock item.

Note: If an approved image sample is provided to us, an image sample will show to the right of this information. Select the image to view a proof sheet for that stock item. This image is for informational purposes only. We do not retain original artwork. Any updates to an image will need to be resubmitted by the financial institution.

 

Notes: Additional information for internal purposes only. The most recent stock note will display next to the Notes field.
