Run Period Usage

Field Descriptions:

Damage: A count of unusable or damaged cards.

Scrap: A count of wasted material through the production process. Example: Setup Testing.

Physical Adjust: A manual adjustment of inventory in the system to reflect current inventory levels.

Destroy: The total of scrap, damaged, and obsolete inventory.

Daily Issue: The number of cards issued the previous day.

Reissues: Natural or mass reissues from the previous day.

Manual Issues: Special handling such as force embossed, plastic same day, or rush order.

Customer Shipments: Direct shipments to the FI. Example: Cardholder materials sent to FI.

Offsite Storage: The number of stock items not stored at the listed location.

Allocations: The total number of stock allocated as of the “Values as of” date.

Note: “Run Period Usage” does not account for instant issue card stock.
