Field Descriptions:

Beginning On Hand: The total inventory on hand for the item at the beginning of the prior business day.

Current On Hand: The current count for this stock item.

Last Used Date: The most recent date quantity from this stock item has been used.

Last Order Quantity: The volume of the stock item requested on the last order.

Last Receipt Date: The date of last shipment to First Data.

Last Reconciliation Date: The date of the most recent validation for actual stock count compared to the system count.

A low inventory email alert will be sent when the inventory reaches 7 months of stock remaining.
